**PLEASE READ SALES POLICY**

By purchasing any rabbits you agree to abide by this sales policy as it is written, without exception. If you purchase something without having read this, we are not liable for that, nor will we be held accountable

Once we have been contacted and a purchase agreement has been made, we will not reserve any rabbit for longer than 5 business days without a 50% - nonrefundable deposit having been received by us. Once we have received the buyers 50% non-refundable deposit, we will only reserve the rabbit for 2wks. At which time, if the rabbit has not been paid for in full and picked up, we will re-list the said rabbit for sale and at that time; the buyer automatically forfeits any/all monies paid towards that rabbit and forfeits all rights to that rabbit at that time. No replacements will be made and no refunds will be given.
***NOTE: making a deposit does not mean the rabbit is then your property. A deposit only means that we are holding the rabbit for you. It will not be considered as sold until full payment has been received and you have picked up said rabbit.

We do not accept personal checks as payment. All payments must be made in the form of a money order, cashiers check, or cash.

We do not ship any of our rabbits. It is the buyers responsibility to follow thru with picking up the rabbit at the specified location at the time/day/place it was originally agreed upon.

We reserve all rights to stop a sale and/or cancel at any time and for any reason. If we cancel a sale, this is the ONLY time we will offer a refund for any payments that have been made.

We reserve all rights to change prices according to development, age, and breeding abilities.

We will not allow any of our rabbits to be used for breeding by others (no studding out). This is too risky to the health of our own stock.

Once the rabbit leaves our possession (as soon as you pick it up) we will not be held responsible for any type of accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damage of any kind ... regardless to situation -- persons, animals, or property.

If the buyer does not fully check over the rabbit at the time of pick up and then later finds a fault with that rabbit we are not liable or responsible for replacement or refund of that rabbit.  We reserve the right to add to or change this policy as deemed necessary.

All sales are final and to be carried out as originally agreed upon at time of decision to buy.
